We have years of experience in the design and construction of molds for the rubber industry.

We have strong background in liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection tooling, and also extensive tooling experience in traditional compression and transfer.

UPCOA can offer our customers a large range of tooling options from 'A' and 'B' plates or MUD (master unit die) inserts that mount in UPCOA frames, to stand-alone molds for high volume production.

We have experience in tooling for insert molding onto a multiple of metallic and non-metallic substrates.
